Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, and you should receive it within 1-3 business days. If you place your order over the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day.
We use PostNord for deliveries, and the package is usually delivered directly to your door. If the package is too large for the letterbox or mailbox, you will receive a notification via text message or letter when it is time to collect it at your local delivery point.

Returns
You have 30 days to return your item free of charge after you receive it. We will refund the same amount and to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores. For purchases through our retailers, please contact them directly to handle returns, exchanges or complaints.

How to return or exchange an item:
In order for us to process your return or exchange, please contact us via email to receive a return label. Once you have received it, please complete the return form that comes with it, and return all items in the original packaging (box and silk bag). It is best to use the same packaging when returning to facilitate the process.

Steps to return:

  1. Contact us via email to receive your return label.
  2. Fill out the return form.
  3. Put everything in the envelope or package.
  4. Add the return label to the package.
  5. Add the return to the mailbox or leave it at your nearest drop-off location.

If you want to exchange for another item, return it in the same way and place a new order for the desired product. After we have received and approved the return, we will send a confirmation to your email within 14 days.

Please try the products carefully:
Please ensure that the items are in good condition, clean and unused with no scratches or damage. Returns in poor condition may be rejected or sent back to you.

Refund
Card payment:
Once the return is approved, we will request that your bank process the refund. This may take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

PayPal:
Once the return is approved, your PayPal account will be credited. It may take approximately 3 business days for the amount to appear. The amount will be refunded in the same currency as your original order, but exchange rates may affect the final amount.
