Welcome to Frunck! Below you will find our general terms and conditions that apply to all trade on our website. 2. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices are subject to change without notice, but are valid from the time the change is published on the website.
Payment is made via the payment options listed on the website, such as card payment, PayPal or invoice, depending on what is currently offered.
3. Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, and it should reach you within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges will apply as stated at the time of purchase. Delivery will be made to the address you provide when ordering.
4. Regarding the right of withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days from receipt of the item to cancel your purchase. Please contact us via email to receive a returns label before sending the item back. Returns must be in unused condition, in original packaging and with all labels still attached.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we will refund the purchase price as soon as we receive the item in good condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
5. Complaints
If you discover any defects or damage to the product, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and handle complaints in accordance with Swedish law.
